This release introduces a new way to manage policies directly from your client list, an intuitive “Inbox” view, and important safeguards to protect your form data.
CRM Updates: Policy Management & “Inbox” View (Beta)
Managing client information just got significantly easier and faster. We’re introducing new tools that keep you right where you need to be—your Dashboard:
- Dashboard Policy Management: You can now add, view, and edit your clients’ policy records directly from the Client List view.
- “Inbox” View (Beta): Seamlessly browse your clients’ detailed profile information without ever leaving the Dashboard. Try out this beta feature and let us know what you think.
Refining the Intake Form Experience
We’ve rolled out a series of improvements and fixes to make form completion more intuitive, reliable, and secure:
- Conflict Protection for Simultaneous Edits: The system now detects when a form is being edited in multiple windows and alerts you before any data can be accidentally overwritten.
- Redesigned Save & Submit Buttons: The save and submit buttons now feature a cleaner design and include timestamps, so you always know when a form was last saved or submitted.
- Clearer Filter Labels: Filter options on intake forms have been renamed to be more intuitive (e.g., “All fields,” “Required fields,” “Missing fields”).
- Improved Required Field Validation: Fixed an issue where forms could be submitted without completing all required fields—validation now works as intended.
- Consistent Required Field Highlighting: Missing required fields are now reliably highlighted for all user roles when attempting to submit a form.
- Notes Persistence Fix: Resolved an issue where notes were not consistently displayed after reopening a form—they now persist and appear correctly every time.
- SVG Logo Display Fix: Fixed an issue where SVG logos could appear distorted on intake forms.
Expanding Automations & Workflows
We’re continuing to improve how XILO routes work and tracks automated processes:
- Smarter Agent Assignments: Added a new toggle to prevent reassigning a submission if an agent is already assigned.
- Assignment Rule Reliability Fix: Resolved a critical issue where maximum assignment limits and out-of-office rules were not being properly applied in workflow-triggered assignments.
- Clearer Task History: Updated the task history display within workflows for better clarity and visibility.
