This release is about keeping your data where you put it. Intake forms can now capture multiple drivers or vehicles in a single field, assignment rules can hold a record with the agent who already owns it, and a rebuilt notification system makes sure the right alert reaches the right person, once. Here's what's new.
Intake Forms
Select Multiple Drivers or Vehicles in One Field
Until now, adding a "Select a Driver or Vehicle" field to a form locked it to a single choice, so capturing more than one meant building more than one field. Select Menu fields in the form builder now offer a new option: Select Multiple Driver(s) or Vehicle(s). Turn it on and your client can pick several drivers or vehicles at once. Prefer the old behavior? The original single-select option is still there, exactly as it was.
Automations
Sticky Assignments Keep a Record With Its Owner
Assignment rules now support a sticky assignment option. With it enabled, a record stays with the user it's currently assigned to, even if a later rule evaluation would otherwise hand it to someone else. No more clients quietly changing hands mid-process.
Notifications V2
We've rebuilt the notification system from the ground up. It's built on a centralized rules engine, with debouncing on agent assignment alerts so a burst of activity doesn't turn into a burst of emails, and an idempotency cache that eliminates duplicate notifications entirely.
The Agent Assigned email got a full overhaul alongside it: it now carries far more client and submission context, uses a mobile-friendly design, and arrives with the submission PDF already attached. Everything an agent needs to pick up a new assignment is in the email itself.
A few more automation updates:
- Dual-Source SmartTags: SmartTags can now pull data from client custom fields, giving you more flexibility in how you personalize your communication.
- MS Dynamics lead types: the Microsoft Dynamics lead integration now supports "Other" as a commercial lead type.
- See warnings before they become problems: the "Run Test" dialog in workflows now surfaces non-blocking backend warnings, like legacy SmartTag usage, so you can spot potential issues without halting the test.
- Workflow execution fix: we resolved an issue that prevented workflows from executing correctly from the workspace dashboard.
These updates are live now in XILO. If you have any questions or want to learn more, reach out to your account manager.
