We are continuing to make managing your agency and serving your clients as seamless as possible. This latest release brings an overhauled Permissions Editor, a much faster way to build reports, a fresh look for your Settings, and smart updates to Intake Forms that eliminate client confusion.
Here are the main updates in your XILO Dashboard and Intake Forms:
Deeper Control and a Cleaner CRM
Managing your data, reports, and team permissions should be fast and intuitive. We’ve reorganized key areas of the dashboard to save you time:
- Overhauled Permissions Editor: We’ve completely rebuilt the permissions editor to give you a more streamlined and powerful experience. This update includes a brand-new guided condition builder, improved error handling, and much clearer visibility logic when setting up form conditions.
- Duplicate Analytics Reports: Stop building the same reports from scratch. You can now duplicate reports directly within Dashboard Analytics, making it incredibly fast and easy to reuse your favorite reporting structures.
- Redesigned Settings UI: Your main Settings page has received a major usability upgrade. We’ve reorganized the layout so it’s much more intuitive, helping you find exactly what you need without the hunt.
- Cross-Account Client Visibility: For System Admins managing complex, multi-account setups, we’ve added a new "share-clients" toggle. This gives you direct, simple control over managing cross-account client visibility right from the system settings.
A Smoother, Clearer Intake Form Experience
We’ve rolled out a couple of improvements to make the form completion process more intuitive and reassuring for your clients:
- Reduced Confusion After Form Submission: Admins now have the ability to disable the default “Leave Site – Changes may not be saved” browser warning that sometimes appeared after a client had already successfully submitted their form. This prevents unnecessary confusion and ensures a clean, confident finish for your clients.
- Clearer Section Titles for Drivers & Vehicles: We fixed a quirk where repeating section titles would sometimes display a numeric value instead of the actual name when using a "Select a Driver or Vehicle" linked field. Now, titles will correctly display the human-readable label (like the actual driver or vehicle name), keeping forms professional and easy to read.
