We are constantly looking for ways to streamline your workflow and make your client data more actionable. This release brings a wave of enhancements to both our Intake Forms and CRM, designed to help you capture accurate information effortlessly and navigate your client records without the hassle.
Smarter, More Accurate Intake Forms
Your intake forms are the frontline of your data collection, and we’ve made several updates to ensure they are smarter and more reliable than ever.
- Dynamic Dropdown Menus: We’ve enhanced our admin tools so you can now control which menu items appear in a dropdown list based on a client's earlier answers. This enables you to build highly targeted, adaptive forms that only show relevant options.
- Better Document Extraction: We’ve improved our document extraction AI to more accurately recognize and auto-fill the Occupation field directly from uploaded policy documents. Less manual data entry means more time for quoting.
- Smoother Logic and Versioning: We’ve resolved several conditional-logic bugs so your questions will always appear exactly when they should. Additionally, we fixed an issue affecting older intake forms, ensuring that form version changes now work exactly as expected.
A CRM That Works the Way You Think
Managing your pipeline should be fast and intuitive. We’ve added new tools to the XILO CRM to help you find who you need and get things organized quickly.
- Filter by Custom Fields: Your custom client fields are now searchable and filterable — making it easier than ever to find exactly the clients you're looking for. Reach out to your CSM to learn more.
- Quick-Assign Agents: We’ve introduced a new Assign Agent pop-up. Routing a client to the right team member is now just a quick, frictionless click away.
- Sort by Notes: Need to see which client accounts were touched last? You can now sort your client list based on the creation date of their notes, helping you instantly surface the most recently updated records.
These updates are live in XILO now. Jump in, try out the new custom field filters, and as always, let us know what you think!
