Every detail matters when you are managing clients and keeping your pipeline moving. This release focuses on giving you more control over how things look and function—from blending intake forms perfectly into your website to managing personal app integrations and keeping your CRM cards organized. We've also resolved a handful of bugs to ensure your data syncs and exports run flawlessly.
Intake Forms That Fit Your Brand and Export Flawlessly
We’ve rolled out a cosmetic upgrade for your embedded forms and tightened up how your data exports into PDFs:
- Blend Forms Seamlessly: We added a new "Remove Gray Border" setting for website-embedded forms. Now, you can ditch the default border so your intake forms look like a native, seamless part of your website’s design.
- Flawless PDF Exports: We resolved a few frustrating issues with custom PDFs. Exported PDFs are no longer unintentionally locked for editing, and the driver section now populates reliably on Intake Forms whenever applicant information is filled out.
- Smarter Address Parsing: Addresses entered on Auto and Home Customer Forms are now accurately separated into their individual components (street, city, state, ZIP) behind the scenes, keeping your data perfectly structured.
Manage Personal Integrations and Expand Your Automations
We are expanding what you can quote and making it easier for individual agents to connect their daily tools:
- Agent-Scoped Integrations Tab: Agents now have a dedicated "Integrations" tab right in their profile. You can view and manage your personal connections to daily tools like Outlook, Gmail, and Slack without hunting through agency-wide settings.
- Sync All Applicants to AMS360: We fixed an issue where the AMS360 integration was only pulling the first applicant on a policy. Now, every applicant on the policy syncs over exactly as they should.
- Expanded Lines and Carriers: We've introduced the initial quoting functionality for Commercial Flood applications and added a dedicated "Carriers" tab within the Pages section. Additionally, Motorcycle is now officially supported as a policy line for the Applied Epic SDK Personal Lines Push.
A Cleaner, More Powerful CRM
Your CRM needs to be easy to read at a glance, so we’ve cleaned up the interface and added more granular tracking:
- Streamlined Kanban Cards: CRM v2 Kanban cards will now display a maximum of 6 properties. This prevents information overload and keeps your pipeline view clean, consistent, and easy to scan.
- Dedicated Revenue Tracking: We know premium isn't the whole story. We’ve added support for a dedicated "Revenue" field alongside the existing "Premium" field so you can track your actual earnings accurately.
- Better Pipeline Filtering & Reliable Saves: You can now filter by pipeline directly within the CRM stage filters to find exactly what you're looking for. Plus, we squashed a bug to ensure all your client pipeline stage changes save reliably every time.
