We’ve made several visual and functional updates to make managing submissions and navigating forms smoother than ever:

• One-Click PDF Downloads: We've added a convenient “Download” button directly to the submission dashboard view. Now, you can quickly grab the latest XILO‑generated PDF version of any form submission without extra clicks.
• Clearer PDF Formatting: We’ve improved how long section titles display in XILO-generated PDFs. Labels will now wrap and format cleanly so they stay perfectly readable and no longer overlap with other important information.
• High-Contrast Branding: Your intake form buttons just got an accessibility upgrade. We've updated the button logic so that text and icons automatically remain high-contrast and easy to read, regardless of your custom branding colors.
• Consistent Form Layouts: We’ve standardized the spacing and layout around intake forms, ensuring a beautifully consistent look whether your clients are viewing them directly on our platform or via an embedded experience on your website.

Smarter Automations

We are continuing to refine how you manage integrations and handle data retrieval in your XILO workspace:

• Agent-Level HubSpot Credentials: Personalization just got easier. Agents can now configure their own individual HubSpot credentials at the agent level, keeping them entirely separate from the main workspace integration.
• Enhanced Estated Data Pulls: We've added new configuration options specifically to the Estated data pull, providing you with more granular control over how this integration operates.
• Section-Level Data Triggers: We've introduced a new setting that allows you to trigger data pulls at the section level, giving you highly precise control over exactly when data is retrieved during the intake process.
• Customizable Workspace UI: You now have the option to dismiss and hide the lifecycle change dialog, giving you more control over your user interface and reducing screen clutter.

Bug Fixes

We've squashed a few bugs to ensure your tools work exactly as expected:

• Reliable Document Uploads: We fixed a server error issue that occasionally occurred when uploading certain image files into the document extraction and dec page reader steps. Supported image uploads will now process smoothly and reliably.
• Client Portal Access: We resolved a bug affecting Client Portal OTP (One-Time Password) codes.
