We're excited to roll out our latest round of updates to XILO, designed to make your daily operations smoother and more transparent. This release brings clearer progress tracking to your intake forms, alongside powerful new carrier integrations and enhanced security for your automated workflows.

Refining the Intake Form Experience

We’ve added new improvements to give you more confidence and clarity during the form submission process:

• Dynamic Submission Status: Your intake form save and submit buttons now intelligently track your progress. They clearly display exactly when a form was last saved and when it was submitted. After a successful submission, the "Submit" button deactivates to read "Submitted," preventing accidental duplicate entries. It will automatically reactivate as "Submit" as soon as any new changes are made to the form.
• Seamless Form Exits: In your Form Settings under the "Form Completion" tab, you will find a new setting to hide the native "Leave Site – Changes you made may not be saved" browser warning that sometimes appears after a successful submission. Simply toggle on "Hide 'Leave Site' warning after submission" for a cleaner experience.

Expanding Automations & Workflows

We are continuing to broaden our integration capabilities and tighten access control within your XILO workspace:

• Expanded Carrier Integrations: You can now seamlessly integrate your workflows with WrightFlood, Focus, NFIP, and Hiscox.‍
• Enhanced Workflow Security: Your workflow controls are now fully integrated with our new authorization and permissions system. This ensures you have precise, secure control over exactly who can manage and execute your automated processes.
