We're excited to bring a powerful new AI capability to the XILO Chrome Extension, alongside updates to your CRM and several fixes to Forms. This release introduces intelligent carrier portal filling and smoother dashboard navigation — all designed to speed up your workflow and keep your data organized.
Automatically Populate Fields with "Fill With AI" in the Extension
Filling out insurance applications just got noticeably faster. The Autofill widget now features a powerful new "Fill With AI" capability.
Even when you don't have predefined mappings configured, the AI intelligently uses your available submission data to populate fields for you. It's a smart, seamless way to get applications completed quickly without getting bogged down in manual data entry.
CRM Updates: Entity Relationships & Dashboard Navigation
We are continuing to refine how you manage connections and navigate your workspace in XILO.
- Improved Relationship Handling: The Entity Relationship system has been upgraded to give you more flexibility. You now have the ability to order relationships and filter child relationships by name, making it easier to manage complex client connections.
- Improved Dashboard Navigation: We've enhanced redirect logic in the Mono Dashboard based on user feature flags. This ensures a much smoother and more intuitive navigation experience as you move through the platform.
Form Improvements & Bug Fixes
Context and reliability matter when you're managing client data. We've made styling updates and squashed a few bugs to ensure Forms and documents work exactly as expected:
- Improved Document Styling: Updated the styling of XILO-generated PDFs to significantly improve overall readability.
- Reliable Data Syncing: Resolved an issue to ensure that form views and submissions are always processed in the correct order. This prevents the data sync problems that a small handful of clients were experiencing.
- Panel Visibility: Fixed a bug that caused the left-side panel to occasionally disappear while working.
- Accurate PDF Filenames: Corrected an issue where XILO-generated PDFs occasionally failed to display document names and were saved with incorrect filenames.
