We're excited to bring smarter form capabilities to XILO, alongside updates to your CRM workflow and several fixes. This release introduces intelligent form logic and smoother extension navigation - all designed to speed up your workflow and keep your data organized.
Build Smarter, Faster Intake Forms
Filling out and configuring insurance applications just got noticeably more intuitive. We've introduced several updates to the Form Builder to make your forms work harder for you and your clients:
- Dynamic Required Fields: You can now configure select menu fields in the Form Builder to be required or optional based on a user's previous answers, allowing for more dynamic and intelligent forms.
- Seamless Name Reuse: If the same person appears in multiple parts of an intake form, their first and last name can now be automatically reused instead of retyped, making the form faster to complete.
- Decimal Precision: Number fields now fully support decimal values (for example, 1.5 or 12.75) so you can capture data with much greater precision.
- Auto-Expand Visibility: Form sections that your admin has marked to “auto‑expand” will now open automatically when you first load the intake form or once conditional logic adds that section, ensuring important questions are visible right away.
- Custom Repeat Titles: We’ve expanded your formatting options. Instead of items in repeat section titles being separated solely by commas, you can now configure different formatting styles to fit your intake forms perfectly.
CRM Update: Enhanced AMS360 Workflow Control
We are continuing to refine how you manage connections and handle data in your XILO workspace.
- AMS360 Workflow Control: Agents can now save an AMS360 Customer ID without it automatically triggering a data pull, giving you complete control over when and how that workflow happens.
Bug Fixes
We've squashed a few bugs to ensure your forms work exactly as expecteds:
- Smooth Address Dropdowns: Resolved an issue where the address dropdown would occasionally get stuck on the screen. It now closes properly as soon as an address is picked, so users can seamlessly move on to the next question.
- Complete Mobile Accessibility: Fixed a bug to ensure that when a user opens an intake form from a link or QR code on their phone, they can reliably scroll through the entire form and complete all sections without interruption.
