Adding a new client to XILO used to mean heading over to the Dashboard and filling out a form. Now, you can create clients right from the Chrome Extension.
- Manual Entry — Tap the "New Client" button, fill in the basics, and you're done. Quick, simple, and right where you're already working.
- OCR-Powered Entry — Have a document with client details? Upload it and let XILO's OCR extract the information automatically. No retyping names, addresses, or policy details — just review, confirm, and move on.
Whether you're pulling client info from an email, a PDF, or a carrier site, the extension keeps you in your flow.
Create, Edit, and Share Commercial Applications in the Extension
Applications are at the heart of every policy. Now you can create and edit them without leaving the carrier site you're working on.
Expand any client card in the extension, tap to create a new application, and fill in the details — line of business, carrier, coverage info — all from a guided flow inside the extension. Need to update an existing application? Open it, make your changes, and save. No tab-switching required.
Your application data stays current as you work through quotes, and you spend less time bouncing between systems to keep things in sync.
See When Clients Visit Their Portal, Complete Forms, or Respond to Proposals
Context matters when you're working a client. Now you can see a full history of client activity without leaving the extension.
Expand any client card and check the events timeline to see what's happened — proposals shared, applications created, portal activity, and more. Everything is listed chronologically so you know exactly where things stand before you pick up the phone or send a follow-up.
No more switching to the Dashboard to remember when you last sent a proposal or whether a client opened their portal link. It's all right there.
Edit and Delete Client Details in the Extension
Typo in a client's name? Wrong email address? Now you can fix it on the spot.
From any client card in the extension, you can update basic details — name, email, phone, address — or remove a client entirely if they were added by mistake. Changes sync across XILO immediately, so your Dashboard, Client Portal, and extension all stay in sync.
It's a small change that eliminates a common friction point: no more switching to the Dashboard just to correct a phone number.
