Novidea is a AMS and CRM built on top of Salesforce. Typically our customers will integrate data collected from XILO Forms into Novidea to streamline the process of getting that data into Salesforce. We also have the ability to pull data from Novidea on to a XILO Form which you can then integrate directly into your other systems (Raters).
In order to connect to Novidea, you will need to add your Salesforce client id, client secret, login url, redirect uri, username, and password/secure token into our secure credentials locker. From there, your Customer Success Manager will activate the integration so you can push and / or pull from your Salesforce org.
