Request API access from Applied Systems. Once you have your Tenant ID and API Key, your XILO Customer Success Manager activates the integration. From there XILO creates and updates Clients and Policies in Epic, generates Activities, and uploads Attachments as your team works, so the record in Epic stays current without anyone rekeying it.
