Anti-Spam Policy

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to Corza Technologies, Inc. ("XILO") and to every person or company that sends email or other electronic messages that mention, link to, or advertise xilo.io or any XILO product. That includes XILO employees, contractors, resellers, partners, affiliates, and third-party vendors acting on XILO's behalf.

XILO does not permit xilo.io or any XILO product to be advertised through unsolicited bulk email (spam).

The following are prohibited for anyone covered by this policy:

• Sending bulk email that advertises xilo.io or XILO products to recipients who have not opted in or who have no existing business relationship with XILO.
• Using purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped email lists to advertise xilo.io or XILO products.
• Using false or misleading sender information, subject lines, or headers.
• Continuing to email anyone who has unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted.
• Sending through open relays, compromised accounts, or any system without permission.

All marketing and promotional email that mentions xilo.io must:

• Go only to recipients who opted in or have an existing business relationship with XILO.
• Clearly identify XILO (Corza Technologies, Inc.) as the sender and include our physical mailing address.
• Include a working unsubscribe link, with opt-out requests honored promptly and within 10 business days at most.
• Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other applicable laws.

Vendors, partners, resellers, and affiliates may not advertise xilo.io or XILO products using unsolicited email. Any third party that sends email on XILO's behalf must follow this policy in full. XILO may require a third party to show how it obtained recipient consent.

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action for employees, and in immediate termination of the relationship for contractors, vendors, partners, resellers, and affiliates.

If you received an unsolicited message that mentions xilo.io, please forward it with full headers to legal@xilo.io. We investigate every report.
