Salesforce is typically used as both an AMS and CRM in the insurance industry. Our customers will integrate data collected from XILO Forms into Salesforce to streamline the process of getting that data into their CRM/AMS. We also have the ability to pull data from Salesforce on to a XILO Form which you can then integrate directly into your other systems (Raters, AMS, etc.).
In order to connect to Salesforce, you will need to add your client id, client secret, login url, redirect uri, username, and password/secure token into our secure credentials locker. From there, your Customer Success Manager will activate the integration so you can push and / or pull from your Salesforce org.
